You'll get all the tracks from 1.5 and 2.5 and a few, but not all of the songs from 358/2 & BBS. Personally, I like the soundtracks better before the HD remasters but it's still great quality music taken straight from the HD remixed games. They are the same songs (and then some) but I believe most were re-recorded with new arrangements.
As an owner of both this Japan import and the HD remix release of 1.5 and 2.5's soundtrack, I'll point out that the music in the remasters sound a little different. If you are fan of the music than I'd say the set is totally worth it. My friend & I both bought it for each other last Christmas for $80.
